This reservation was not canceled 30 minutes before check-in, and a refund was processed in accordance with the booking platform’s policies. Refund timelines are handled by the platform and the guest’s bank, which can sometimes take additional time to appear.
We are always transparent with our guests and maintain clear communication throughout every booking. If there were any concerns, we would have been happy to address them directly.

Verbesserungswürdig: Check-in
Host was helpful but the apartment left fell short of our expectations. The biggest issue was the temperature. We were always cold. My wife was wrapped in a blanket. The whole tome and the thermostats did not seem to work. We could not get a picture on the bedroom TV. Checking in was very inconvenient. We had to drive around looking for a place to park while we went up[ to get the fob to get us into the parking garage.

We’re sorry to hear the temperature in the unit wasn’t comfortable during your stay. The thermostat is fully functional, but sometimes it can take a bit of time to adjust depending on the setting. We would have been more than happy to assist had we been notified during your stay.
Regarding the bedroom TV, we apologize for the inconvenience this is something we’ll double check to ensure everything is working properly for future guests.
As for check-in and parking, we understand it can feel inconvenient at first. The process is designed this way due to building regulations, and we do provide instructions in advance to help make it as smooth as possible.
