• Violations of noise ordinances may result in a $500 fine.

✔ Guest Screening & Rental Agreement
• We use TRUVI (𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙃𝙊𝙂) for guest verification.
• The primary guest must complete screening within 48 hours of booking.
• Guests must sign a Rental Agreement and submit:
• Valid government-issued ID & matching credit card.
• That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI.
- The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

✔ Cleaning & Essentials
• 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our top-tier cleaning team. We invest in the best to ensure a spotless stay.
