Originally built over a century ago and thoughtfully relocated in 2002, this elegant three-bedroom home blends heritage charm with understated contemporary style, all in a peaceful, picturesque setting.

A separate lounge provides a cosy retreat, complete with a feature gas fireplace - perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Arrowtown.

Outdoor Area:

Step outside to a beautifully maintained deck and established grounds, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy long, sun-soaked afternoons surrounded by Arrowtown’s stunning scenery. Whether you’re hosting or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, the outdoor spaces offer a perfect extension of the home.

Guest Access:

Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Neighborhood:

Located on a tranquil, established 905m section, The Gables sits near the Arrowtown Hills with leafy views and a sheltered, relaxed feel. A walkway to the popular Millennium Track is virtually on your doorstep, and Arrowtown's historic village - filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, and walking trails is just a short stroll away.

Interaction:

We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

Getting Around:

Arrowtown is easy to explore on foot, while Queenstown is only around 20 minutes by car. Local taxi services and public transport are also available.

Other things to note:

The home has been lovingly preserved to maintain its character, so guests are asked to be respectful of its heritage features.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
