- All beds have a mattress protector, we can supply up to 40 sets of bedding (fitted sheet, sheet, doona, pillow & pillowcase) at an extra charge - enquire within at Forest Lodge farm website.
- A damage deposit must be paid prior to arrival. Inspection of the property and equipment in full will take place after departure, and any damages incurred will be deducted from the initial deposit. Occupants are liable for further payment if damages exceed the deposit held.
- The cleaning fee covers sanitization only. Upon departure guests are required to clean the property to avoid any additional fee.
