Beach villa

The location, view, and spacious modern villa was absolutely superb! So much wildlife to see on the beach. The property is stunning. On site property management is a big bonus! The only downside was the hot tubs not working properly. We still enjoyed them as hot sitting pools as it was cold. But if they were working properly this would have been complete perfection.

Enjoy your McMansion!

This beautiful condo is beachfront and pool front. Our group of 8 ventured to Puerto Penasco for Labor Day 2020 for a 29th birthday celebration. Our host Valeriy and his family and friends were also staying on the property and actually became the people we spent most of our evenings with in the pool in the hot/humid September nights. We were in Unit 3 which is in the center, all 4 units have the same view/layout. Very spacious, very modern, and well built. HAS CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING! This is HUGE. We were cool and comfortable all weekend. He also has the home stocked with plenty of towels. detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, quality appliances (fridge, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, blender, coffee machine, water boiler, and anything else you can think of!) Large TVs in each room as well. Patio furniture is aplenty and there are enough palapas for each unit to have their own. It is right on shell beach and a gorgeous, less busy part of town. When Valeriy is not around, Eduardo the groundskeeper is and is available within moments. Another thing that we actually appreciated on this booking was that the hosts checked us in and out. We had our own code to get in but when we showed up we got a tour of the property and given the run down. The same when we left. We did a walk through to make sure all parties were on the same page with one another. This property has GREAT potential for a full buyout for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, etc. They even have someone who can help you coordinate all of it if you are interested. My only caution is this. This is a brand new build that was completed with quality detail and higher end modern finishes. Avoid it if you are not the type to care for others things or are bringing a wild group. The property is fun and hosts are way cool, but there is an expectation to not sit on furniture wet or not drag sand into the pool. Sounds like common sense, but you never know. Also, water is brought in daily so being conservative with usage is requested. Save the extra long hot showers for when your back home :) I know this was a long review but I know there aren't many yet so I want to make sure the next person has the info they may want. Host is super responsive and answered 1000 questions for us before we even booked/showed up. I would recommend this property and would stay again especially if I was coming with a larger group where a full buyout was possible.

Modern, Clean, Great Escape,Beach, Pool!!

Loved everything!!! Met the owner out by the palapas on the beach when we arrived. He was hospitable and greeted us as if we were long time friend's. Made us feel extremely welcomed. The villas just about 15-20 minutes from the Malechon and main town area. They are modern and nicely furnished. New appliances, new leather couches, new everything. The infinity pool is definitely a must. Everyday we walked on the beach and swam in the ocean. Then into the pool. The beach in this are is very tranquil. Swam about 100 yards into the ocean without any issues.... Excellent for everyone especially the kids. If you like the hustle and bustle of the main town area, then it may not be for you but if you want to get lost and totally relax, yes make a reservation!! This area truly felt private and the beach was only for you...The only downfall from our visit was that our trip was only 3.5 days😟😟.. I’m returning to Penasco this July and planning to return to 6 Palms Villas without a doubt!!
