Welcome to "Whale Watcher," an alluring beachfront holiday rental with direct beach access located in the tranquil setting of Culburra Beach, NSW. With space and luxury aplenty, this property comfortably accommodates 12 guests.
The perfect beach house to enjoy with family and friends - boasting stunning ocean views from the expansive deck, whilst downstairs has a relaxing spa, pool table, and separate lounge area with TV. Kids can have fun on the children's play equipment in the garden which is fully fenced and secure.
Your retreat boasts of five exquisitely designed bedrooms. The highlight certainly is the master bedroom which comes with an en-suite bathroom, offering you the privacy you crave. Each bedroom is fitted with cozy linen, offering a comforting sleeping experience. Promising a seamless blend of comfort and elegance, this resplendent property also features 2.5 bathrooms equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and bath towels.
Step outside to an expansive deck that overlooks the stunning Ocean, perfect for watching whales in their natural habitat. The private outdoor shower is an excellent way to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.
Delight yourself with the remarkable services and amenities extended to create an intimate atmosphere. The home stands fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV enhancing your overall luxurious experience. Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
