The well-manicured neighborhood is designed for guests to explore on foot or by bike, with walkways leading to the private community beach access and cabana, tennis and pickleball courts, an Olympic-sized pool, and nearby shopping and dining at Timbuck II and Monterey Plaza. Whether you're grabbing coffee, catching waves, or enjoying a family meal out, it's all just around the corner.
