This chef's dream kitchen is adorned with high-end finishes and equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create meals at home.

Outdoors
This residence features two inviting outdoor entertaining areas, ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze and enjoying meals together or restful, quiet times alone. Gather around the gas fire pit outside on cool evenings and have a fireside chat. Lovely stonework and mature gardens surround the home and the yard is fully fenced.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All of the bedrooms are located on the upper level.
Bedroom #1: Wake up to ocean vistas from your primary bedroom retreat with a California King bed, Roku-enabled Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-jacuzzi tub (2 steps up into the tub).
Bedroom #2: King Bed and a Roku-enabled Smart TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen Bed
The upstairs full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
On the main / lower level near the living areas is a half bathroom.

The charming dedicated laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and folding surface.

Off-street parking is available in the one-car garage, and another vehicle can park in the driveway.
Street parking is only allowed behind the home on Central Ave and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The home is equipped with a generator that starts automatically if there is a power outage.

One small well-behaved dog is welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home has exterior cameras which are monitored regularly for security.
