The Space:
Experience relaxed coastal living at this spacious two-storey retreat just a short walk from Bribie Islandâs shoreline, cafĂ©s, the golf club, surf club and Woorimâs main street.
Step inside to an open-plan ground floor, where the modern kitchen and dining area overlook the sparkling pool and outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and oven, with a dining table for eight. To the left, the cosy living room invites you to unwind on one of three comfortable sofas, enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV, and stay cool with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans.
To the right of the kitchen, the games room brings extra space to play with a convertible pool and a ping-pong table. Outside, cool off in the pool or gather on the undercover patio for alfresco dining with seating for six and a BBQ. In the cooler months, the firepit offers a welcoming place to unwind under the stars.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1 (Primary): The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, an air-conditioning unit, a smart TV and an ensuite.

While we recommend having a car to explore the wider island, public transport is also on your doorstep, with a bus stop in front of the home (Arcadia Ave near Heron St), linking you to Woorim and Bongaree.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking are always fine).
*Pet-friendly for dogs, 2 maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited at this home. We kindly ask people who smoke to smoke outside away from the windows and doors and to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on Bribie Island after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests complete a simple online form prior to arrival. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
