Clouds on Francis is a 2 bedroom, professionally styled apartment right in the heart of North Adelaide. We have designed this gorgeous apartment with your comfort in mind and have provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Adelaide. Upon entering you are greeted by a light filled, open plan kitchen living and dining with enough room to relax, eat and cook!

The kitchen features a electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and of course our signature Nespresso coffee machine (totally essential!). The bedrooms have beautiful soft linens, feather pillows and an extra warm quilt to make sure that you have an amazing nights sleep. There is built in wardrobe storage in both rooms.

The bathroom/laundry has a fantastic hot shower, toilet, basin, storage cupboard and both washer and dryer! There is one off street car park available to you during your stay.

Have kids? We can provide an air mattress if you require it. Come and stay a while, we are sure you will love it!

Guests will have exclusive private use of the entire apartment during their stay.

The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in.

Although we are located off site, we are available via Airbnb messages at any time.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
