Villa « Serenity » is located on the top of the private estate of « Soleil Couchant » on the hillside of Gustavia.

The villa has the nicest view possible on the harbour of Gustavia!

The villa has a complete privacy and overlooks all Gustavia.

This spacious villa is oriented facing the sunset, with a large the deck and a pool made for the swimmers addicts (50 feet)…

The large living is open onto the deck, the pool and the ocean view.

We like this contemporary and modern villa with its kitchen equipped with the last « State of the art equipment », the ocean view from all the rooms (including the bathrooms) of the villa, and the large deck perfect for the suntan, and the sunset.

Furthermore, the villa close to Gustavia, and its shopping area, has a full privacy.

About the private estate of « Soleil Couchant »: The private estate of « Soleil Couchant is located on the hillside of Gustavia facing the sunset (« Soleil Couchant » means sunset). It overlooks all Gustavia harbour, and the ocean. On this exclusive estate of an area of 6 acres, only four villas had the permission to be built. The villas « Angelina’ , « Fabrizia », and « Serenity » are a part of it. The city of Gustavia with its restaurants and shopping area is only at a short walk from theses villas. The very nice beach of « Shell Beach » is also at a short walk and the beach of Gouverneur at few minutes by car.



This can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

**This has 4 bedrooms and this is the 3 bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever bedrooms you like and the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**
