Everything was perfect. Very comfortable everything bed, couch, pool. No beach towels at first contacted Royal and they left them at the door.

We had an enjoyable stay at your condo. The terrace was definitely a plus with the direct and wonderful view of the beach, as well as, the panoramic view of the cityscape. The undesirable item was the sofa, it was uncomfortable and quite worn out. Everything else was just fine. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Thanks for asking!

Great stay

This was our first time in the Ft Meyers area and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Estero Beach and Tennis Club was perfect. Everything you need was within walking distance and the whole area was very clean and filled with pleasant people.

Perfect spot for the beach!

Great location on the beach. We like being close to 2 state parks on the south and easy walk to shops/bar/music/restaurants. All beach gear being provided is a big plus!

Perfect place to stay

The owners were very easy to work with and communication was great. The condo was clean and modern with everything we needed. Loved the balcony to sit out on and enjoy the ocean. Easy access to a fairly private beach. Plenty to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

A sunshine filled refreshing week

Our apartment had a new bathroom and kitchen. It was beautiful with fantastic views and the pool and beach only steps away. The location was very convenient and the Fenolons thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO rental.

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. There are so many pluses to staying at this complex. We both think the condo was perfect for our stay and we certainly appreciated the coffee maker. Loved Loved Loved the location and condo. Unfortunately we were their the week of the red tide and could not enjoy the beach. The pool was great and the views were awesome. Hopefully when we return I can rent this condo. Beautifully decorated and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Great place overall! Very clean and great view of the beach. A quick easy walk down to the beach.

This property as a whole was very clean. The grounds and building was well kept and beautiful. The condo was also clean and up to date. I really appreciated all the beach equipment that was provided by the condo owners as we as their clear communication. I would definitely go back!

Lovely!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay. It's a wonderful location, lot's of updating done, comfortable bed, beautiful views from balcony and had everything we needed. Needed to contact owner (Tom), and he responded quickly with issue resolved. Looking forward to return visit.

Ocean View Winner

This was my 6th or 7th stay at different condos at Estero B & T. I was delighted at how well decorated and updated this unit was! Great ocean view but not of sunset.

Thank you Helen, we're glad to hear you liked how the condo was decorated and that you enjoyed the view. As the sun moves in the summer months, you have to take a short walk to the beach to see it set. The view of the sunset in the winter months is wonderful from the balcony.
