Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a large courtyard, central air, on-site coin laundry (shared), on-site commercial tenants, and walking distance to all of the best restaurants and shopping (Please note: there is no elevator in this property). You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring device inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

**We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $30 per night, $150 per week, and $300 per month.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) require a security deposit. Pack n play and high chair available upon request.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
