The Space:

Welcome to your Bayswater base — a bright, spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom private home designed for comfort & connection.

Two inviting outdoor spaces make it easy to enjoy Perth’s sunshine — sip your morning coffee in the front courtyard or share dinner on the patio as the day winds down. Inside, you’ll find two separate living areas - a study/quiet reading room and a separate open plan living room with large Smart TV, 3 comfy bedrooms - first bedroom has a QB, walk in robe & ensuite, second bedroom has a built in wardrobe & QB, third bedroom has 2 x King Single Beds and built in robe. A well-equipped kitchen and separate dining table seats 6 that makes family meals a breeze.

Laundry with washing machine & dryer, clothes airer, laundry liquid, vacuum, iron & ironing board.

Full kitchen has breakfast bar stools, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, stove & rangehood. All cutlery & crockery plus cookware & glassware.

The nearest train is a 20min walk (or 2min drive) to Ashfield Station via the Midland Line.

Otherwise the Bayswater Station is aprx 35mins walk (or 4min drive) which has multiple train lines - Airport Link, Ellenbrook Line & Midland Line.

Public transport is excellent, with Transperth buses connecting Bayswater to Maylands, Morley and Ascot via the CircleRoute (998/999).

Drivers have quick access to Tonkin Highway and Guildford Road, leading straight to the airport and city.
