The entrance leads you into the light filled large lounge with fireplace and French doors overlooking the patio and front garden. Next door is the dining room with sash windows and fireplace and adjacent to the full kitchen with all necessary appliances and ample storage and bench space.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with Queen bed and its own ensuite, bedroom 2 with double bed and the family bathroom. Upstairs is bedroom 3 with queen bed and bedroom 4 with double bed with an additional lounge area.

The wrap around patio allows for two outdoor entertainment areas: the back for dining with access to the kitchen and the front for sitting, playing and relaxing with access to the garden.

Enough wood for the fireplace is provided for the cold winter nights during your stay, and there is a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the living area, and in bedrooms 1, 3 and 4.
