Manyana is rich in natural bushland, making bushwalking and enjoying the local wildlife.
Nearby is Lake Conjola, which is excellent for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing. Also located is Cunjurong beach, Conjola Beach.
Just 5 minutes-drive is Bendalong nestled amongst tall eucalyptus. And three minutes-drive to Inyadda Beach famous for having some of the best surf breaks, It's a family friendly beach with spaces for games and fun.
Boat Harbour Beach is a major highlight the famous stingrays that gather near the boat ramp. It's all about nature and enjoying the simple coastal life.

The space
Manyana Beach Cottage has a brand-new kitchen fully equipped; one large bedroom features a Queen bed, single bed, and a large 75-inch smart TV. The lounge area with fireplace boasts a large 85-inch smart TV. Dining area featuring a 4-seat dining table. There is a washing machine and dryer in the Laundry. outdoor Clothesline available for guests use in the rear backyard.

BBQ and outdoor dining; step outside onto your private timber deck, fire up the Weber barbecue Q2000 for a relaxed lunch or dinner, even breakfast. Enjoy your morning espresso while watching resident Kangaroos graze nearby and colorful parrots visit the trees.

-There is ample of parking on the council verge

-We advertise for two guests only, and we welcome one extra child.

-Smoking or vaping inside or outside the property is strictly not allowed.

-No parties or events: the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for restful only. we have a strict 'No-Party, no event-policy'. this includes bachelors/bachelorette parties, birthday, celebrations, or unauthorized gatherings of any size or you'll be asked to leave immediately, and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.

-Quiet hours; are from 9:00 pm till 8:00 am. Please respect the local neighbours

-No sand in the property, please ensure all guests use the outdoor hose located to the left side of the front door to wash sand off your feet, legs, and beach gear.

-Bring your own beach towels.
