Bedroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a wet bar with a sink and mini-fridge tucked away in a corner nook. This bedroom opens directly to the backyard pool area with beautiful Gulf views.

Bathroom #1: The shared hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower for Bedrooms #1 and #2.

Bedroom #2: This bedroom includes two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, private walk-in closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is direct access to the backyard pool area with breathtaking Gulf views.

Backyard: The backyard features a private beachfront pool with stunning views of the emerald Gulf waters. Outdoor amenities include a dining area with seating for 6, lounge chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 5 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
