This single-level, upper unit of a duplex offers easy access with no stairs, including a ramp for accessibility. Located just 12 minutes from I-90 and only 25+ minutes to Lewis & Clark Caverns, Butte, Ringing Rocks, and Delmoe Lake. You’re also just 10 minutes from Whitehall, where you’ll find restaurants, groceries, a museum, antiques, and more.

The space

This home is part of a top and bottom duplex, with your unit being the upper level. The entrance is on the backside of the hill, complete with a private driveway and entrance — perfect for privacy and ease of access.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable King bed (firm mattress), ideal for a restful night. The living room features a pullout couch, a Roku Smart TV, and a curated selection of books to enjoy during your downtime. We provide plenty of fresh linens and extra sleeping pillows for your comfort.

But the true highlight is the stunning mountain views! Whether you’re gazing out the windows or relaxing on the back porch, you’ll be surrounded by the majestic Montana landscape, boulders, and serene creek.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, coffee maker (we provide the coffee!), full refrigerator, and all the pots and pans you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Feel free to explore the expansive grounds, including a large boulder field at the highest point with breathtaking mountain vistas, a babbling stream winding through cottonwoods, and an arena—a nod to the home’s history as the residence of a Montana rodeo star!

We welcome well-behaved pets with a $50 fee per pet per stay. Please reach out to learn more about our pet policy. We also allow horses at a rate of $150 per month per horse — just bring your own hay. There is a creek on-site for watering your horses.
