The space
Three Hills is a quiet property on 40 acres, bordered by Mt Crawford Nature Reserve, and located just below the crest of the hill, allowing for lovely long views to the horizon.
Natural setting with native birds, animals and bush, it is a wonderful South Australian bush experience to enjoy. Three Hills feels remote, but is a great location from which to explore Adelaide, it's Hills and Wine regions in South Australia.
The house is one of 2 under the same roof, and is completely self contained. This is a great place to relax, wind down and enjoy the company of those you love, reconnect and make special memories together.
Three Hills is on an unsealed road, and on a hill, a private retreat. About 40 mins to the Barossa Valley and fantastic wines, dining and scenery - we have some great local options within 15 minutes too. Adelaide CBD is only 40 mins away too.

Guest access
You will have sole use of a 2 story house, and pool area, and can enjoy the 40 acres and the dams by walking on the trails. The property is very steep in places and is only suitable for walking. A fairly gentle walk to the knob is definitely worth the view to the sea :)
The pool is fresh water, no chemicals used, and solar heated. A BBQ, is available. Guests are also welcome to share the veggie garden and eggs with us.
The property is fully self contained, with undercover parking for 3 cars, and additional parking for 10 more cars.
The owners live on the property. We respect your privacy, and we are available to you 24 hours by phone or text message.
We ask that only guests who are staying at Three Hills access the property, no visitors unless by prior arrangement.

Other things to note
Designed with sustainable principles in mind, the house is on rainwater only, so please enjoy the difference it makes!
Please be aware there are often kangaroos and other native animals close to home. Have a safe journey :)
