The Space:
This stylish coastal home is designed for relaxation, with bushland views and a casual holiday vibe. The gourmet kitchen features a butler’s pantry, family-sized fridge and bar fridge, making shared meals easy and enjoyable.

The open-plan lounge and dining area flow onto a spacious deck and terrace, perfect for BBQs, wine with friends, or curling up with a book. With air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, comfort is guaranteed year-round.

The home sleeps up to eight guests. The master retreat offers a king bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite, while two additional bedrooms and a flexible office/4th bedroom provide plenty of space for families or groups.

Family Fun & Extras

There’s fun for everyone with table tennis in the extra-large garage, which also provides more than enough room for parking boats and bikes, an enclosed backyard, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a 6-burner BBQ. After a day at the beach, enjoy the warm outdoor shower, then gather around the fire pit for marshmallows and s’mores under the stars.

Just a short walk away, Café 366 offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with stunning ocean views. For a casual family dinner, Club Malua is only a quick drive away, and if you're after more dining, shopping, or entertainment, Batemans Bay is just 15 minutes down the road.

Other Things to Note:
We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
