Dominated by low-density villas, the community is steeped in an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance, where architecture and streetscapes unfold like a moving painting. Every step reveals a poetic scene, exuding timeless charm and refinement.
The surrounding amenities are impeccably comprehensive, putting diverse lifestyles within easy reach:
• A mere 2-minute walk leads you into the lush embrace of Pacific Spirit Regional Park, where you can savor natural serenity.
• In approximately 15 minutes on foot, you’ll arrive at University Golf Club, ready to indulge in the joy of teeing off anytime.
• A 20-minute stroll brings you to the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Spanish Banks Beach, blending academic ambiance with coastal beauty.

• Open-Concept Living Space: Integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sofa can be converted into a double bed.
• Practical Amenities: One bathroom (with an operable vent window), a laundry area, and an outdoor patio.
Free street parking is available on 12th Street, providing great convenience for guests traveling by car.

1. You will have exclusive use of the entire unit, including the two bedrooms, open-concept living area, bathroom, laundry area, and outdoor patio—all facilities are fully equipped and ready for your use.
2. The kitchen (with cookware), washing machine/dryer, and sofa bed are all accessible to you. We also provide basic kitchen supplies, essential cooking seasonings, and laundry detergent for your convenience.
3. There is no need to share the above spaces with others. We kindly request no pets or indoor smoking; if you smoke on the patio, please clean up afterward.
