This charming cottage, on the main street of Port Elliot, is only 300m from Horseshoe Bay and a short walk to local cafes, shops and the famous Port Elliot Bakery. Perfect for couples or small families to getaway and relax.
Featuring three Bedrooms, two Living Areas, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, one and a half Bathrooms, Outdoor Entertainment area, BBQ, WiFi, and Pool Table.
The first living area has a Smart TV, combustion fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The second living has a Smart TV, Pool Table, and Dart Board.
The three bedrooms include one with a queen sized bed and a dedicated work space, second includes a queen sized bed and is adjacent to the third bedroom with two sets of bunks, suitable for children.
The dining area opens out to a large, decked backyard with outdoor dining, lounge, BBQ space, and leads to the second living area.
A Luxaflex electric awning provides shade for the outdoor dining area and there is plenty of outdoor space with lawns and sheltered areas to enjoy in the secure backyard.

A Luxaflex electric awning provides shade for the outdoor dining area. The controls are located on the kitchen wall next to the back door. It will automatically retract if high winds are detected for your safety, however please don`t extend the awning if it`s windy.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
