Condo Features
Inside the condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, flat-screen TVs, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the waterway. The master suite offers direct views of the Intracoastal and includes a large walk-in closet. Please note: elevator access is not available. Dogs are welcome (2 max, 45 lb limit) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee due at check-in.

Guests at Riverwalk 304 enjoy access to a range of amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a fitness room. Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
