Lovely 3 bedroom home, on a canal that leads to the Gulf Of Mexico! The pictures tell it all, such a lovely waterfront home, with a dock available to fish from! Canal-front seating area in the backyard (boat in pictures is not available for guest use, and the dock is not available for guest to dock their boat). The home has a garage, however parking in the garage is not allowed, however guests will have access to the garage for use of the washer/dryer.
This lovely home sleeps up to 8. King sized bed in Primary bedroom, with enuite bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen sized bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin sized daybed with a pull out twin bed. The living room has a Queen pull out sleeper sofa. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed. The washer/dryer is in the garage.

There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
