This 1 bedroom standalone cottage is set high on a ridge between Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Bay. Botanica is a garden oasis estate spanning over an acre.

By day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands.

At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds.

The Bayview Cottage is our newest and largest rental cottage. Overlooking Brewers Bay, this one-bedroom cottage will comfortably accommodate two adults. It also has a sofa bed in the living room.

The cottage comes fully-air conditioned with split air-con units in the bedroom and living space. Each of these areas have been fitted with a ceiling fan.

A large wooden deck spans the entire front stretch of the cottage, facing the sea. You can step out of your bedroom, directly onto the deck.
Wi-fi is available throughout the property so it's easy to while away the hours with a drink in hand, relaxing in a deck chair. Many guests have told us that they love their cottage so much, they hardly leave it to go anywhere!

In this cottage, you will find:

Bedroom with king-sized bed (mattress is medium soft-firm) & 4 king-sized pillows, chest of drawers, a standing lamp, two bedside tables and a large mirror;

Open plan living room with sofa bed and Smart TV;

Fully-equipped kitchen with reverse-osmosis filter for drinking water, a fridge with freezer, gas stove with gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, drip-coffee maker, stainless steel pots and pans, dinnerware, water glasses, wine glasses and mugs;

Indoor pantry and laundry room with large washing machine and dryer, two beach chairs, a cooler box, rice cooker;

Bathroom with hot/cold shower (no bathtub), hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel;

Walk-in closet with extra blanket, ironing board and iron, laundry basket, ample velvet hangers on a rail to hang your longer outfits and space for your luggage;

Outdoor deck with two deck chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs;

Automatic backup generator in case of cuts to regular electrical supply.

Accessibility: there are three steps onto the wooden deck. You may park right outside the cottage

Getting around:
You will probably need a car (all-wheel drive is best but not absolutely necessary) or scooter, to get around comfortably on this island, due to the many hills and slopes. There is a short section of dirt road before you arrive at our property.
