Villa 147 is on the grounds’ northern side, backing onto the 7th Fairway. It’s positioned perfectly, with easy access to the iconic Four Mile Beach and a 5-minute stroll to the central hotel facilities. This two-bedroom villa has been refurbished and presents beautifully.
Offering two generous sized bedrooms, Villa 147 is split across two levels and comprises of master bedroom upstairs, with ensuite & private balcony. The second bedroom is located downstairs and offers flexible bedding configuration, with built-in wardrobes and a small private courtyard. Both bathrooms have been renovated and offer the convenience of walk-in showers. Laundry facilities have been built into the downstairs bathroom for added convenience.
Tastefully decorated in cooler tones, the entrance leads through to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen, whilst the sunk-in lounge & living area is accessed via a few steps down. Designed with high ceilings, natural light filters through easily, giving it a bright and airy feel. A panel of glass sliding doors opens onto an outdoor entertainment space for further enjoyment. It’s the ideal spot to soak up the warmer weather and tropical surrounds. With the shared villa pool conveniently located close to the property, it’s easy to take a quick dip anytime of the day, or perhaps you would rather soak up the balmy ambiance and tropical vibe around the hotel’s lagoon pools with some delicious cocktails to top it off.
