Villa 145 is within a block of four villas on the property’s northern side. Being the corner villa, it offers added space and privacy. The villa pool, restricted to only a selected group of villas, is only a short stroll from the front door. Access to Four Mile Beach can be easily gained across the 7th Fairway. With the choice of 4 bedrooms, the Master and second are both located upstairs. These bedrooms offer private ensuites. The master has the bonus of a private balcony, the perfect place to unwind and relax on a balmy evening. The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs and substantial in size. They share the main bathroom facilities. A separate laundry is available for added convenience.
The ground level is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living areas overlooking the tranquil gardens. Being split level, the lounge room is accessed via a few steps down. Glass sliding doors create a fully open frontage and encompass the outdoor area, integrating it with the living space. The veranda is ideal for sun-down drinks and evening meals. Finished with sandstone pavers and surrounded by tropical gardens, it’s perfect for all your outdoor entertainment needs.
