The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has an urban feel and is diverse and growing. There are a lot of Historic buildings as most the neighborhood was built around the 1900's. While many buildings and houses have been renovated and look almost new, some need work or are in the process of a major renovation.
At the center of the neighborhood is a park named after Kentucky's first governor, Isaac Shelby. The park, Shelby Park, is about a five minute walk from the house. The park has tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a splash park, and a half mile long running/walking track.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The pictures do not represent the house in its current state. The house wasn’t clean - it wasn’t dirty but the corners, the floors, the walls just felt dirty. There were 3 towels for a house that sleeps 9 and even though I raised this concern on day 1, nothing was done to help. There was a musty smell upon entering the house as well. We actually ended up leaving a day early.The check in process was quite tedious but the lock box on the house worked fine. The price is cheap. The location is what appealed to us as it was close to where we needed to be during the time we were there. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This was the absolute worst stay I have had through any short term rental platform. 1. Upon arrival, door was standing wide open. This is a huge safety concern as anyone could have been inside the property at our arrival. 2. Arrived to considerable trash in the front and side yard. 3. Woke up Friday morning to ants in the bathrooms and kitchen. 4. Only had 4 towels for a reservation for 8 people. Reported this on Friday morning and was told that a maintenance man would bring towels and check on the ant situation. 5. We returned to the house at 7:30 Friday evening and no one had been to the house as promised. 6. Sent a message through the app to let someone know that we had not received towels. 7. A man knocked on the door at 9:30 on Friday evening, identifying himself as maintenance. He had blankets in his hand and tried to give them to us. We told him we did not need blankets, but had asked for towels. 8. Woke up to more ants in the front bedroom on the floor on Saturday. 9. After we were not able to get any resolutions to our issues, we left a day early and made other arrangements, including part of our party going home a day early and part of the group booking a hotel.10. The check in process was cumbersome and difficult. While Cozy Suites responded to my messages, they were never able to actually do anything to address the issues. They barely refunded the cleaning fee.
