Hay Bay waterfront with private dock - Fabulous Fishing and Ice fishing

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun on the shores of beautiful Hay Bay, Ontario, close to Price Edward County. Enjoy the fabulous fishing from our private dock, stunning sunsets and the quiet atmosphere the area has to offer. We are just 15 minutes south of Napanee where you can find some fabulous eatery’s, one of a kind shopping in the gorgeous downtown core as well as grocery stores etc for all the things you may need. There is also a Napanee river tour which runs through the season, pre booking recommended. Firewood, fresh produce, bait shop and eggs are available on the road to the cottage. Hay Bay is well known for ICE Fishing in Winter! If you bring a boat, public boat launch is down the street, 45 mins to Picton and an hour away from Sand Banks. You'll enjoy this gem!

There is lots of space for family or just the two of you. There are two separate living room areas and bedrooms downstairs as well as one upstairs on the main level. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway as well.
The fishing is amazing no matter the season, perch sunfish off the dock and Hay Bay is well known for ice fishing. Boat launch is literally two minutes from the house. There are decks on three sides of the house so you can chase the sun or shade as the day progresses.
In the evening you can make s’mores and perhaps enjoy an adult beverage around the fire pit.

This property has it all be it for a family or just a couple wanting to get away for the weekend.
