drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous Camps Bay Beaches and 10
minutes from the Sea Point Promenade, V&A Waterfront.
The Space
Newly built, light, and airy located in De Waterkant and a foot from Bo
Kaap, This space has large windows inviting the astounding view of
Table Mountain! Featuring an open-plan living room, dining area, and
kitchen, the apartment boasts ease of living with its modern finishes
and contemporary design. A fully equipped kitchen with modern
appliances will bring out the Masterchef in every guest!

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note:
Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request

basic shower amenities are provided.

1. Visitor Policy:
No short-term guests (as defined - less than 3 months) are allowed any
visitors. Only the registered guests on the booking are permitted
access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are
occupying.
2. No Smoking Policy:
The building is now designated as a no-smoking zone. Smoking of
marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking mechanisms,
devices, and substances is strictly prohibited on the common property
as well as inside any section/unit of the building, including inside
the individual apartments.
Please be advised that, in accordance with the building's policies,
noise and smoke detectors have been installed in each unit. These
advanced sensors are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that can
detect various types of smoke, including cigarettes and marijuana.
Additionally, the sensors can identify if they have been tampered with,
such as being covered or removed from their mounting plates. These
sensors send real-time notifications to the Body Corporate, and if any
violations are detected, immediate eviction will follow.
Please note, you are required to have your valid physical
Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.
