The Space:
This spacious 51sqm 1 bedroom apartment blends modern comfort with heritage character, featuring polished wooden floors and soaring high ceilings. The open-plan living area is warm and inviting, with a comfortable sofa, large smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and a touch of modern style. The bathroom is designed for relaxation, complete with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, plus an in-unit washer-dryer combo for convenience.
Please note: The window in the room does not open as part of the buildingâs structure. There is a door connecting the adjacent hotel room which has been permanently locked for security purposes.
Guest Access:
Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full access to the entire unit within the Heritage building, which offers excellent security. While you're welcome to use the building's facilities, please note that hotel services such as room service, valet parking, luggage assistance, and hotel check-in are not available.

*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. Weâll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.

*There are two Heritage Hotels located next to each other. Your apartment entrances are Gorst Lane, Wyndham street and the main entrance on Hobson Street.
*Key pick-up is at a 24/7 lockbox room labeled âAirbnb Key Pick-Up Roomâ at 35 Hobson Street. The lockbox is in the same building as your apartment and can be accessed via Hobson Street or Gorst Lane. Detailed self-check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guestâs expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
