Welcome to the Pink Parbery by Parbery Property Group!
We look forward to having you stay with us. This beautiful 1 bedroom unit is close to many local Canberra attractions and within walking distance to the bustling Kingston Foreshore.
Enjoy this spacious apartment equipped with everything that you need for your holiday/business trip in Canberra. You will find our accommodation is on par with the local 5 star hotels but with the added privacy and convenience of kitchen & laundry areas.
The Space:
This beautiful unit has 1 bedroom on the opposite side to the living and kitchen area.
Also included is the use of 2 x single bunk beds.
The kitchen is complete with basic pantry items, continental breakfast and everything that you will require to cook up a storm!
The laundry (built into the bathroom) comes equipped with iron, laundry detergent & a washer/dryer. The bathroom is also stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
There are two balconies to enjoy the fresh summer evenings, one off of the living room and the other off of the bedroom.
The Parbery property spares no expense in luxury, competing with the local 5 star hotels. You can expect the very best during your stay including 1200 thread count sheets, quality mattresses and many other comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Guest Access:
The unit has separate access, you can let yourself in with the keys located in the lockbox at the front entrance to the property. When you walk in there is a flight of approximately 15 stairs to climb, with this in mind unfortunately our property is not disability friendly.
Please note:
Your unit is located above a shopfront and this shopfront does not access to the hallway or area you have access to.
There is also a space to the left of the front door containing a garage & laundry however the owners have retained this separately for their own use.
This unit does not include a parking space. Street parking is available nearby.
Other Things to Note:
Parbery property can supply a portacot and high chair on request for an extra $50 fee.
Please note this is subject to availability.
Please note: the complex is currently undergoing hail damage rectification from 2021. Trades are present at times onsite, no access is required into the unit and should not affect your stay.
