The entire villa get fully renovated and make over on January 2023 - You will be charmed by the tropical and Mediterranean atmosphere of Villa Asmara. It is composed of a main building with living areas, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an independent annex with a third bedroom and bathroom.

Everything is an invitation to relax: the two terraces of the villa and the pavilion are covered and furnished with sofas or armchairs and coffee tables to enjoy the sweetness of life throughout the day and evening that characterizes this island paradise.
The swimming pool is bordered by tropical plants, you will enjoy swimming surrounded by this generous nature and relax on a deck chair in the shade of the parasol.

In the center of the villa there is a large kitchen area, with all the dishes and utensils necessary for the preparation and enjoyment of good meals. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and a drinking water dispenser with two refills included.
For your meals you can choose between the small table in the kitchen, the bar with the high stools or the large table on the covered terrace.

Villa Asmara has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each equipped with a closet, bedside tables and a wooden desk.
The 2 rooms located in the main building have queen-size beds with mosquito nets and have direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden. One of the rooms is equipped with a TV and DVD player.

The third room is located in the annex pavilion, independent from the main building, and has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed with mosquito net and can be separated to accommodate a family or friends.
Each room has its own bathroom, partially open-air, equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

You will stay in complete tranquility, your garden is enclosed with a private entrance, the Villa and the bathroom are lockable.
A daily cleaning service is included as well as bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the pool.
You have a free parking space and a good quality Wi-Fi internet connection.
