The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony, perfect for unwinding or entertaining. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry and access to a rooftop recreational deck with BBQ facilities and a plunge pool, providing a peaceful outdoor space with city views.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.
CAR PARK ACCESS:
The parking garage is located next to Padre, with access from Hope Street, and the building entrance is located next to El Planta.

In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
