Looking to Lease our Granny Flat, located at the back of our beautiful heritage home in
East Fremantle.
sadly our current tenants are returning home.
So we would like to find suitable tenants to fill it by the start of next month.

The Flat:
Fully self contained private little home located at the back of our large secure property.
Large equivalent to 2 bedrooms living and sleeping space which includes a new queen sized bed/ matress/ side tables and tall boy.
Fully self contained Kitchen including stove fridge etc and own bathroom/ toilet/ shower basin etc.
So is its own little home basically.

There are currently 4 of us living in the main house, and we all get along really well and have a great relationship with the current GF tenants, we would like to continue to keep it this way. Not really wanting people unwilling to socialise and partake in home meetings and shared garden and property management. 

We occasionally have sit downs/ group chats and friends etc coming over to visit, however we are not a party home. 
would prefer to have like minded people of similar ages 30’s, stable and working. people to share our awesome space.
We are located on a very safe , lovely road in East Fremantle, with a bus stop located a short walk. On a large remote control gated block.
Very close to the river and left bank etc, approximately 5 min drive to central Fremantle and close to heaps of gyms/ pool/ mediation Center etc. there is also room for 10 cars parking, and your own parking area near the flat.
No more pets accepted :)
