To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the following fees apply if house rules are not followed:

*Smoking or vaping inside the home: $300
*Bringing pets without prior approval: $300
*Unauthorized late checkout: $100
*Excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover: $50/hour
*Hosting unapproved gatherings or parties: $500

📆 LONG-TERM STAY POLICY
For stays exceeding 28 days:

The host will provide up to one month’s supply of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap).

After these supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.
