The unit is cute and clean. We booked for 4 ppl. Week out they said only sleeps two but we could bring an air mattress etc. Never offered refund, another unit and we were stuck
Day of checkin never received info. Took multiple messages, emails, texts & hours to get the info though they responded right away to say it was coming. Unit is directly adjacent to a rough area when you go out door to the left. Cute area out the door to the right. Twice people tried to follow us in that didn’t seem to belong. 2nd day police were inside the building looking for “homeless” people. They were on multiple floors. Fire alarm day 1. Only apt to evacuate. Everyone else ignored. Fire dept wanted to know if we called and we hadn’t. Read another review that said same happened. Entryway is dirty with trash and smells. Fire dept asked us about a strong smell around the front door & we had no clue. Food trash left in lobby for two days.
We texted day 1 because AC wouldn’t cool below 76, dryer kept shutting off after 4 minutes, ice maker didn’t work, and only 2 towels in unit and we registered for 4 ppl. They said only give 1 towel per person, ac doesn’t go below 75 (wth?), and never fixed dryer or ice maker after saying twice they would. Plates were chipped and one drawer was just gone so utensils sitting on plywood. Toiletries in shower watered down. We def won’t be staying here again. Might be okay for some but with our family not so much.
