Centrally located & spacious, this units offers amazing views while only a short 4 minute walk into town. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
Two comfortably sized bedrooms with queen beds & ample storage offer a haven away from the days activities.
A stocked kitchen has everything you will need, while the open plan dinning/lounge offers a hub to relax, with the covered patio offering an additional vantage point to take in the lake & mountain views.

Two good size bathrooms with queen beds. One gets the morning sun while the other has lake views and direct access onto the covered patio.
This two bedroom apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Queenstown. Conveniently located on Ballarat street. It's a great place to base yourself while you explore what Queenstown has to offer.
Only a 4 minute walk to the center of town, with a great selection of restaurants, bars and activities at your doorstep this apartment does offer one complimentary car parking space, so no need to stress with finding that inner city carpark when you can walk everywhere.
Ballarat Bach is part of an older apartment block and the exterior does appear slightly dated however it is well maintained. It does have amazing views being on the first floor with direct carpark access.
Please note there are stairs required to access this property.
The interior of the apartment has been renovated from the original layout and is a spacious, warm and comfortable place to stay.
Both bedrooms have queens beds. One has lake views with direct access to the covered patio while the other captures the morning sun.
A well laid out plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. Stocked with plunger coffee, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to enjoy a home cooked meal with a glass of local wine.
There is also complimentary Wifi.
The apartment has been fitted out to be homely and comfortable while still being spacious for four guests
The bathroom consist of a vanity, mirror, toilet and enclosed shower. The water pressure is low due to the construction and age of the building yet adequate. Hot water is supplied through a cylinder and is efficient and enough for four guests

* A washing machine as well as a drying rack are available free for use.
* Linen is supplied and included as part of the cleaning fee. This can be arranged to be changed during your stay for stays longer than 10 days free of charge. there may be a charge is requested for stay under 10 days.
