The outdoor dining area is an entertainer's delight - very private and tranquil looking out over the gas heated pool and the highly manicured backyard, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 8 guests.

6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Evictions can apply.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 10 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2 cars to be parked at the property.
