This condo was great. I would definitely recommend. The only reason for not full five stars is the couch (futon) is wore out & so had to put pillows & blankets in the low spots to be able to sit or lay comfortably.

Would never recommend or stay again. Dirty, all furniture is old and needs repair.Would be great with clean fresh sheets, cleaning and vacuum place would help.New couch and chair are a plus. A fan si ce its so hot in there.

Confusing checkin with minimal communication on how to get into the bld. The key lock was a nightmare to get open to the room. They need to fix that forsure! No air conditioning which was aweful in 30degree heat outside, smelled musty/dusty, poor furniture and decorating, Not sure if the bedding and towels were clean, definately not fresh! Patio was a mess. We left it cleaner than we came into. Nice location though. I would never rent this place again or recommend it. They could do much better with little touches!

I recently stayed here for a month, lovely little place and excellent location, very close to save on foods, Tim Hortons, etc. Building felt safe and secure, parking space is close to front entrance, laundry in condo very convienent, communication with host was good. Could use some more kitchen supplies and updated furniture and some decor to make it a little more homey but other than that a great experience, would stay there again

It was extremely hot in Calgary and would have appreciated some fans for the bedroom and living room otherwise a great place to stay!!!

It was very difficult to get in. He has to buzz you in.if he does not answer you call him several times and keep buzzing until you have to call vbro to try and get a hold of him. Place wasn't clean, dishes in dishwasher. Found a sheet in closet to put on bed. Didn't seem too clean. Wasn't vacuumed or swept. Dirty towels, fridge and oven not cleaned. Furnitue, towels, and bedding was either found on side of road or goodwill. Cig hole in couch and you almost sit on the floor its so old. I've never seen a rental this bad of shape. Don't expect much for utensils 2 spoons and a fork. Reminds me of a kids dorm room. This could be a great place to stay if he would clean it and get a set of towels, and furniture. Building is nice, just not kept up. We left early and found a hotel. He would refund other night, instead he said he would clean it. STAY AWAY.

Very nice place to stay. It feels like home. There are a few things to note:- The air fryer doesn't function properly as it a bit worn out. - The door key is hard to insert to get the door unlocked- hand soap was empty at the kitchen

Hello Sammy, that I you for your feedback and sorry the hand soap was inside the cupboard under the sink to fill up if you ran out. The air fryer was not listed rather the oven which you can use. The cleaner forgot to remove it.Thank you for staying with us.

The bed was full of crumbs, so the bedding was all washed before they were able to sleep. Thankful there is laundry machines available. The couch felt oily and the bathtub needed to be cleaned and hair removed before they were able to use it. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the cutlery was dirty in the drawer. There were no garbage bags provided, which is minor I suppose. The communication was descent between my staff member and the VRBO owner although she waited a long time to be let into the condo. Overall, her stay was good once she got things tidied up. She felt safe in the area and in the building.

It is important to verify especially making a booking by someone else, and reported to you, your guest stole from the unit including the towels. All the same thanks for your feedback.

Great location and super close to amenities, there’s a shopping complex with restaurants, gas, grocery store, etc next door that’s easily accessed by foot. The place is secure, has parking, easy check in/out and the host was pleasant when I spoke to them so there are positives. I was disappointed by the lack of pots and other things for cooking. There was only an 8” frypan and a wok, couldn’t boil a couple of eggs for breakfast or make anything requiring a pot. Not a big deal I survived but preparing a meal or two while in town for a couple of days is sort of the point of staying in a place like this rather than a regular hotel room. This is easily fixed by the host with a couple of items. The place also needs a good wipe down. I give it a 6/10 for cleanliness, a little more attention to detail is required. I wasn’t too phased by it but I know others would be. A couple of new pillows would be nice too Overall this place
