The space
This is a large, private room in the basement, perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers. It has a queen bed and a twin mattress for a third adult guest or child.
The room is private and comes with a key, so you can lock it anytime. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry with other guests in the basement.
The room includes a 65” TV with Chromecast, desk and chair, and closets for storage.

We have two convenient driveway parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis! While we can't guarantee a spot, you're welcome to use them. Just a heads-up that street parking more than 3 hours might result in a ticket, so please park at your own risk.

I’m around most evenings and some days during the day if you need anything—and even if I’m not nearby, I’m always just a call away.
