Maui Banyan F103 Stunning 1 Bedroom Condo with AC
Maui Banyan F-103 Ground Floor Condo - Complete Remodel.
**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.
Everything in the unit has been upgraded! Floors, newly built walk-in shower, new bathroom vanity/counter/faucet, brand new kitchen with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new AC unit (will be upgraded to Split AC on 8/18/25). New ceiling fan, new paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit, along with new lanai furniture!
This ground floor unit has a patio spanning the entire unit with access from the bedroom and the living room. You can walk out your lanai and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)
This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.
You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated unit!
The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.
We offer a beautiful 1-bedroom garden view room. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom! The living room has a window Air Conditioning unit and the bedroom also has a ceiling fan. (Brand New Split AC will be installed Aug 2025 in living room and bedroom)
