ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parking except for designated parking bay
- No glass to be within the pool area
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Bins are to be taken out on bin days
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in building premise, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
