Our Fountain Hills home, STILLPOINT VISTA, with 5 BRs and 4.5 BAs offers a luxurious escape that includes the most sensational mountain, golf and valley views. The outdoor resort amenities include a heated infinity edge pool, spa, patio dining, gas fire pit and more. Two built in grills, a sink and fridge will delight your outdoor chef. The optional pool heat is $95.00 per day to heat the pool to 80°F.

The elegant great room is open and spacious with large pocket doors and windows that blend the indoor and outdoor ambiance. There is a TV and ornamental fireplace in the sitting area of the great room. The completely stocked modern kitchen includes bar seating and high end appliances. There are 2 refrigerators and a mini wine fridge. The gas stove is 6 burners. Both Keurig and drip coffee machines are stocked.

A formal dining area offers stellar views to wine and dine by. A game room with pool, shuffleboard and card tables plus a TV will keep guests of all ages entertained when they prefer to be inside. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays can be rented.

~ SWEET DREAMS in FOUNTAIN HILLS ~
The bedrooms are on multiple levels. The primary suite is on the upper level and features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, en suite bath, walk-in closet, desk with chair and large sitting area that overlooks the entrance foyer and great room. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.

The upper level bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and desk with chair for your remote work. There is a sitting area adjacent to this bedroom. The en suite bathroom for the upper level bedroom has a tub-shower combo.

There are 2 mid level bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans. One mid level bedroom has a king bed; the other has queen bunk beds plus a queen bed. The bathroom for the mid-level bedrooms has a tub-shower combo.

The lower level bedroom features a king bed, TV, en suite bath, ceiling fan and walk in closet. There is a sitting room adjacent to this bedroom. There is also a half bath on the ground floor. A well stocked laundry room has appliances and detergent. There is both garage and driveway parking for several vehicles.

Fountain Hills is known for its iconic fountain, exciting hiking/biking trails, beautiful scenery and family friendly parks. The Fountain Hills Splash Pad provides hours of wet and wild fun for guests of all ages. History buffs will enjoy the River of Time and Exploration Center situated within the Fountain Hills community. Recently, Fountain Hills was named a Top 20 Stargazing Destination in the USA. Bring your star guides and binoculars to partake in outstanding stargazing. The home has a telescope for viewing the planets, stars and wildlife that moves through the valley.

Fountain Hills borders Scottsdale, a city with combined southwestern and contemporary charm. Shopping choices include quaint and famous Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square with 240+ specialty stores and restaurants. A variety of golf courses and trails for hiking or biking are a short commute. The modern highway transports you to Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Tempe in a matter of minutes. Payson, known as the "heart" of Arizona, and the Mogollon Rim are a one hour drive and well worth your time if you are looking for majestic scenery and four season recreational activities.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 14 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fourteen (14).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
