Fully self-contained apartment within five minutes’ walk of the beach via a bush track. Stylish, affordable and a fantastic escape for a couple or small group.

Situated on the middle floor (second level) overlooking tropical landscaped gardens and a lagoon swimming pool, this is the perfect beachside retreat for a couple. Within the complex there are many activities and features including: swimming pools, tennis court, outdoor spa, table tennis, bikeways and walkways, children's playground and BBQ area. With the beach only a short stroll away, swimming, fishing and boating can also be enjoyed.

A short 300 metre stroll through coastal bush land takes you to one of Australia's most stunning beaches. The beach in front of this area has been closed off to traffic so you can enjoy long walks, swim, surf, or simply relax and take in the stunning views.

Baden 38 is fully self-contained with a kitchen, dining area, bedroom with built in robe, bathroom, laundry with washing machine and a private balcony. The property has a TV and microwave.

Sleeps four in a queen size bed and double fold out sofa (in the living room).

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
