As you enter off the verandah, you`ll walk into the welcoming entry area. To your right, the living and dining room awaits with an indoor fireplace, TV, comfy seating options and a dining table â perfect for cosy nights in. Back through the entryway to the left, you`ll find a spacious living area with a dedicated workspace, ideal for business travellers.
Off this living space are three serene bedrooms, each featuring queen-sized beds, ample clothing storage, and ceiling fans to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and sink, with a separate toilet located off the laundry for added convenience.

Street parking may be available for additional vehicles. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
