With year-round comfort from split-system air conditioning and heating, plus a breezy patio for alfresco meals, it’s a comfortable base for city escapes. The CBD and the scenic waterfront are only a short drive away, offering harbourside dining and annual events such as the Taste of Summer Festival.
A classic red-brick façade and white picket fence welcome you into this beautifully styled two-storey townhouse. Inside, the living area is bright and inviting, featuring leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV—perfect for relaxed evenings or movie nights.
The thoughtfully designed kitchen features open shelving, quality appliances, and your choice of morning brew, from a Nespresso machine to a pour-over setup. Just beside it, the dining area glows with natural light and vintage charm, ideal for slow breakfasts or dinners by the decorative fireplace. After meals, step into the private backyard, where an alfresco table invites you to linger over coffee or simply enjoy the fresh Hobart air.
Upstairs, two queen bedrooms offer peaceful outlooks, ample storage, blackout blinds, portable fans, and wall-panel heaters for year-round comfort. Downstairs, the family bathroom includes a full-size tub and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day out. A nearby laundry area is tucked away for convenience, with a washer, dryer and classic utility sink—ideal for longer stays.
Children’s tableware is provided, with a high chair or travel cot available on request.
