Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The accommodation is in a great location, private and secluded despite being on the main road, close to point lookout and a stones throw from the bus stop to other parts of the Island. It's extremely well amenity, has had a gorgeous renovation recently with Florida ceiling tiles in the bathroom, state of the art appliances in the kitchen, beautiful high quality finishes throughout, and a surround sound and LED projector that drops down from the ceiling which is a very nice touch. The only thing I'd say regarding this is that some of the tech including the stovetop and surround sound/projector is not the most intuitive to use, and without any instructions provided could tests a relationship - my wife and I were on our honeymoon and almost an old our marriage over the stovetop.Another thing worth noting is that the dwelling out the back is occupied by permanent tenants. Although they keep to themselves, they do Park their car and the house and see him to share the subfloor area. This does impact the sense of privacy especially when receiving their parcels or having to share the clothesline with them. The listing and house notes should reflect this
