Amazing location! Iconic Complex! Secluded & quiet spot! What more could you want? This cute-as-a-button apartment offers, space, style & comfort for a double-story 1 bedroom apartment. The location just doesn't get much better than this, Rokeby Road cafe precinct is just a short walk away, with public transport close by also. Crossways Shopping Centre is moments away as well as King Edward Hospital, Perth CBD, and Kings Park making it the perfect location for your Perth getaway!

- Located in an iconic apartment complex in leafy Subicao, comprising of 15 apartments in total. The complex is quiet and very well-maintained.

- Your apartment is located on the first level so you must walk 1 x flight of stairs (roughly 15 steps) to access the first floor - there is no lift!

- You will have access to one (1) dedicated car bay located in the secured complex garage complex parking.

- You will have your own private entrance to access your apartment.

- As you enter the apartment, you will be welcomed by the fantastic open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge space - you will be surprised by the space and the beautiful natural light that fills this apartment.

- Amazing kitchen, it is modern & functional! You will have access to a full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, plus plenty more!

- Next to the kitchen you will find a downstairs toilet with sink.

- The dining space is located opposite the kitchen, and there is a lovely round timber dining table with four (4) chairs.

- The lounge is warm & homely, offering a smart TV, entertainment unit, coffee table, and two-seater leather lounge. Love reading? We got you covered! Take advantage of the books on offer in the beautiful cabinet in the lounge area!

- Located opposite the lounge space you will find two large glass sliding doors to access your very own private courtyard! This patio is fully opened (meaning no cover) and available is a lovely seating space, perfect to kick back & relax!

- Take a walk up the staircase to access your loft-style bedroom with combined en-suite/laundry.

- The master bedroom is oh so spacious and offers a beautiful king timber bed frame with bedside tables & lamps to either side, a dedicated study desk with a gorgeous timber chair & lamp, and a perfect sized walk-in-robe.

- The en-suite located off the bedroom is combined with the laundry. This space has been renovated and is light & bright. Offering a good-sized shower with rainfall shower head and separate hand-held attachment, toilet, mirrored wall-mounted cabinet, raised sink with mixer tap, and vanity with drawers and cupboards. Take advantage of having a separate dryer & front loader washer making laundry prep so easy!

Subiaco is a suburb renowned for its eclectic architecture, quaint and leafy residential streets, premier shopping and multicultural dining scene. By day, it's one of Perth's most vibrant districts with a friendly, cosmopolitan atmosphere. By night, Subiaco becomes a hub of activity with locals and visitors flocking to its restaurants, pubs and clubs and theatres.

Located just five kilometres to the northwest of Perth's city centre, Subiaco can be reached via the Perth to Fremantle train line. The train station is at the heart of Subiaco's bustling town centre, making it a perfect starting point to explore all that the suburb has to offer.

Subi, as the locals call it, has a rich history with humble origins. Settled in 1851 by Benedictine monks from Subiaco, Italy, the area soon developed into a distinct town centre resembling a European village.

Today, these origins are still evident. The quiet residential streets of Subiaco are home to some of the city's most beautifully maintained heritage homes. The quaint Subiaco Museum contains memorabilia originating from the 19th century Benedictine monks, as well as relics of local Aboriginal culture.

Running through the centre of Subiaco is Rokeby Road, a leafy street offering some of Western Australia's finest shopping and dining - from chic boutiques and art galleries, to bustling European cafés and award-winning restaurants.

On weekends, Subi is abuzz by day and night. The Regal Theatre, Subiaco Arts Centre, bars and clubs create a lively night scene!

Not far from Subiaco are the picturesque grounds of the University of Western Australia, perched on the curve of the Swan River at Matilda Bay.

- Closest bus stop is located 36m (1-minute walk), from the property and the buses here will take you to Shenton Park and Claremont Station.

- To access the apartment from the main street, you must walk up a set of stairs (roughly 15 steps) to access your apartment on the first floor.

- The apartment is two storey, you will be required to walk up a staircase (roughly 15 steps) to access the master bedroom & combined en-suite/laundry upstairs.

- We kindly ask you to leave all reading books inside the apartment - they are not be taken with you.

- By proceeding with your booking, please be aware that there will be construction noise during your stay due to the following activities:

*Scaffolding Installation: Scaffolding is mandatory for the roof work, as the roof is 6.5 meters from the balcony. This will be erected in advance.
*Roof Repairs: Plumbers and builders will be on-site to carry out repairs, which will take two (2) working days.
*Scaffolding Removal: The scaffolding will be taken down after the work is completed.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and understand that no compensation will be provided for any inconvenience caused by the construction noise.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• SECURITY CAMERAS: This property has security cameras to the external areas which management check regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
• NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
