- Stand-alone home with private entrance, single driveway parking & double garage parking.
- Low maintenance front gardens.
- Easy access via a digital door lock (keyless entry) to make access to the property smooth & easy!
- As soon as you enter through the jarrah front door, you will see the front lounge to your right, and bedroom 1 to your left.
- The front lounge area offers a super comfy modular lounge, coffee table, entertainment unit & wall-mounted smart TV. There is also a split system in this space that is capable of heating & cooling this space.
- Bedroom 1 located opposite the lounge area & front of the property boasts a king bed, and bedside tables to either side. The right-hand side has a side lamp. Awesome walk-in-robe with mirror with plenty of hanging space, shelving & drawers for your belongings. This space also has a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings!
- Located to the centre of the home you will find the beautiful open-plan dining & kitchen space.
- Light & bright dining space with wooden dining table & 8 x chairs. The sliding door also takes you out to the rear entertaining alfresco area & HUGE backyard!

The property is the holder of the trophies, accumulated from the property owner and his athletes over the decade (2010-2020) that at the property. Coming over from England, the owner (Stephen) resided here and used the property as the centre hub for his athletes and coaching staff as they presented, competed and educated in health, nutrition, sports and fitness modelling. With 21 International titles, 9 National titles and countless WA State titles Stephen and his team worked towards the highest standards and reached people from all over the world with their coaching philosophies and systems. The trophies remain at this property as a mark of the love the owner (Stephen) had for this house, his home and hub of excellence.

Easy access through the sliding door where the garage is located and through to the outdoor clothesline. Please note that this property is keyless entry - you cannot come & go from the sliding door from the laundry to the garage, you must use the front door!
- Located to the rear back part of the property you will find the bathroom, separate toilet, and bedrooms 2 & 3.
- Renovated bathroom basting large wall-mounted mirror, sink./vanity with double drawers. Combined shower/bath with rainfall shower head. Please note to access the shower, you will need to step over the bath tube as per listing photos.

- Noise Monitoring Device: This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
- To access the shower, you will need to step over the bath tube as per the listing photos.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• SECURITY CAMERAS: This property has security cameras to the external areas which management check regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
• NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
• LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay.
• STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up.
• PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking.
• VISITORS: We do not allow any visitors unless approved by management first. We need to know who is staying & visiting the property, especially in case of an emergency.
